Create a Page in Hygraph CMS

Follow these steps to create a new page using Hygraph CMS:

1. Log into Hygraph CMS.
2. Select "Content" from the left sidebar.
3. Click on "Page" content type from the content dropdown.
4. Click the "+ Add entry" button in the upper right corner.
5. Fill out the required fields:
   • Title: Enter the page title
   • Slug: Enter the URL path for the page
   • SEO Model: Add SEO title, description, and keywords. Set to "No Index" if under construction and not ready to be indexed.
   • Content: Add your page content using the rich text editor
   • Featured Image: Upload a featured image if needed
6. Add any additional components or sections as required for your page layout.
7. Click "Save" to save as a draft or "Save & Publish" to make the page live.

Important tip

New pages will require a site build, so they will not be published immediately but typically within a few hours.

Using Page Components

Hygraph allows you to add pre-built components to your pages. You can insert these components directly in the content section:

• Text blocks
• Image galleries
• Video embeds
• Custom React components

Previewing and Publishing

Before publishing:

1. Use the "Preview" button to check how your page will look
2. Make any necessary adjustments to content and layout
3. When ready, click "Save & Publish" to make your page live
